Speech Language Pathologist - (SLP) - Part-Time - Home Health - Dyersburg

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Dyersburg, TN.

Position Overview

Assess and evaluate patients’ speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive needs. Develop and implement treatment plans within state scope of practice, collaborating with healthcare team members, and instructing patients and families.

Must-Haves

At least 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP, a valid state license, CCC-SLP certification, at least 1 year of home health experience, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and ability to travel within the area.
