Speech Language Pathologist - (SLP) - Part-Time - Home Health - Dyersburg

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Dyersburg, TN.

• Provide assessment, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within the scope of practice and in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Evaluate patient function, assist in developing therapy plans, and instruct patients, families, and caregivers in therapy techniques.
• Must have at least one year of clinical and home health experience, current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, and reliable transportation.
