Speech Language Pathologist- Home Health - Part Time - Jackson

We are seeking a Part-Time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Jackson, TN, providing services in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.

• Assess and evaluate patient needs within scope of practice, collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement therapy plans, helping patients communicate effectively and participate in therapy activities.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques.
• Maintain current licensure, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and reliable transportation.
