Counselor, Therapist, Master's level, Licensed (SEX OFFENDER SPECIALIST)

We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to join our Sex Offender Treatment Team, providing high-quality outpatient services to diverse adult clients.

• Conduct sex offender-specific evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling tailored to clients' needs, including PTSD, gender issues, and geriatrics.
• Support clients on federal probation, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and legal standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in research to improve practices.
• Stay current with trends in sex offender mental health care.
  
  

Requirements: Master’s degree, NM counseling license, proficiency in assessments, experience with diverse populations, trauma-informed care knowledge, excellent communication, and confidentiality skills.
