Social Worker MSW and Social Worker LCSW

We are seeking a Social Worker to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and advocacy for patients and support systems.

Depending On Qualifications, Roles Include

• CSWA Social Worker: Under supervision, performs assessments, develops person-centered care plans, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, respecting patient self-determination and adhering to NASW standards.
• LCSW: Independently conducts assessments, diagnoses, and treatment, working across inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on reducing health disparities and promoting ethical practice.
  
  

Qualifications

• MSW and Oregon Clinical Social Worker Associate License (CSWA) within 60 days for MSW role.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with relevant state licenses and at least 2 years of social work experience for LCSW role.
  
  

Preferred Experience: Clinical work in healthcare, hospice, bereavement, or acute care settings.
