- Educate patients and support staff, mentor new employees and students.
- Ensure safety and quality through accurate documentation, adherence to protocols, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
- Promote evidence-based practices and maintain compliance with policies and standards.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC-RRT), Respiratory Care Professional license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
- 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, customer service, assessment, and computer skills.
