Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs and personal care tasks
- Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- Create meaningful activities, especially for Memory Care residents
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
