Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing, provide leadership, and ensure delivery of quality patient care.
- Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing/support staff during shifts.
- Assess patient care needs, develop care assignments, and evaluate care effectiveness.
- Address patient care concerns and contribute to staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Current RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification required within 30 days; ACLS/PALS may be required within 6 months.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
