Pharmacist

Role Overview: This position provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including processing prescriptions, counseling customers on health and medication needs, and maintaining confidentiality and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and administer immunizations in compliance with regulations
• Ensure quality patient care by promoting safety, accuracy, and standard operating procedures
• Support compliance initiatives, monitor safety and quality assurance, and implement improvement plans
• Lead by example in customer service, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork
• Develop relationships with stakeholders, identify business needs, and support organizational changes
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to legal and company policies, and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent licensure
• Active pharmacy license and completion of immunization training

The salary range is $98,000 to $172,000, based on a 40-hour workweek, with additional incentives.
