Responsibilities
- Supervise therapy team operations and support staff development
- Deliver personalized patient care aligned with recovery goals
- Build meaningful patient relationships and monitor progress
- Assist with team scheduling, training, and communication
- Ensure adherence to procedures and best practices
- Contribute to a supportive, technology-enabled environment
- Current state licensure or certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in therapy from an accredited program
- At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
- CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Preferred: professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
