Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting, ensuring the seamless delivery of personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team functions, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering recovery and celebrating patient progress. Utilize your expertise to guide and mentor staff, promote best practices, and enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications And Skills

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Professional certifications or therapy clinical ladder participation preferred
