- Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations including scheduling, training, and communication.
- Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery.
- Champion personalized, compassionate treatment plans and celebrate patient progress.
- Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including at least two years of clinical practice.
- CPR certification (required within 30 days if not already certified).
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holds relevant professional certifications (preferred).
