Responsibilities
- Supervise therapy team operations and support staff development
- Deliver personalized care to patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs
- Assist with daily team management, including training and communication
- Build strong patient relationships and celebrate their progress
- Current state licensure or certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
- CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified)
- Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications
