Responsibilities Include
- Providing specialized, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Applying advanced nursing skills to deliver safe, compassionate treatment
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining compliance with licensing and certification requirements
- Participating in ongoing education and certification, including ACLS and specialty certifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a specialty area
- Preferred: Certification in area of specialty
