Dietitian | PRN

Role: Registered Dietitian responsible for formulating and implementing optimal nutrition therapy, evaluating patient outcomes, and coordinating nutritional care with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing the Nutrition Care Process and implementing personalized care plans.
• Counseling, educating, and communicating effectively with patients and caregivers.
• Demonstrating professional development, performance measurement, and quality improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition.
• 1-3 years of experience required for Dialysis; registered dietitian certification.
• Licenses: Mississippi or Tennessee dietitian/nutritionist license and RD certification.
  
  

Skills And Abilities

• Knowledge of the Nutrition Care Process, medical nutrition therapy, and nutrient analysis.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to function independently and counsel others.
• Proficiency in software such as word processing and spreadsheets.
