Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday with availability on weekends on an as needed basis.
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks with high likelihood of extending
Location: Bellevue, WA
Weekly compensation: $3,950 - $4,100 (all-in, including taxable wages, per diems, and stipend based on candidate needs)

The Interim Manager will partner with nursing and clinical leadership, provide operational oversight, and may serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) as required. This position plays a key role in rebuilding a positive team culture, cross-training staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Essential Functions
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality patient care, and regulatory compliance.
Lead and support pharmacy staff, including scheduling, coaching, performance oversight, and cross-training initiatives.
Provide hands-on clinical support, including bedside patient care activities as needed.
May serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) as needed, maintaining accountability for operations and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement policies and programs related to pharmacy operations, including dispensing, clinical services, and budget processes.
Foster a collaborative, positive work environment while driving communication, team alignment, and process improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Current and active WA pharmacy license required. Candidates with a license in process may be considered if nearing final approval.
BLS and ACLS required.
1-2 years of inpatient experience and managing staff required. May have to be the Pharmacy PIC; BLS and ACLS required.
Experience Working In An Inpatient Pharmacy Required.
Experience with direct patient care/bedside required.
