Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday with availability on weekends on an as needed basis.
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks with high likelihood of extending
Location: Seattle, WA
Weekly compensation: $5,700 - $5,850 (all-in). Compensation structure may vary and includes a combination of taxable wages, per diems, and stipend based on candidate needs.

The position may also require serving as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), with responsibility for operational oversight and regulatory compliance.
Essential Functions
Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 staff, including coaching, development, and performance oversight
Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) as needed, maintaining accountability for operations and compliance
Develop and implement policies and programs for pharmacy operations, including budget, dispensing, and clinical functions
Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance with all state and federal requirements
Foster a collaborative, positive team environment while driving cross-training and process improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Current and active WA pharmacy license required. Candidates with a license in process may be considered if nearing final approval.
3-5 Years Of Management/leadership Experience Required.
3-5 years of direct clinical inpatient pharmacy experience required.
BLS and ACLS required.
