This person will take initiative in developing new business, expanding market presence, and serving as a trusted representative of PMP.

Responsibilities:
1. Drive new business development across Northern Michigan
2. Build strong community and client relationships through networking, events, and outreach
3. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding hiring needs and workforce challenges
4. Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing and recruitment solutions
5. Expand services within existing accounts through additional hiring options and offerings
6. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a strong sales pipeline
7. Track KPIs and provide insight using analytics and reporting tools
8. Represent PMP Personnel Services at community, industry, and chamber events to strengthen brand presence
Qualifications:
1. Proven B2B sales or service-based sales experience
2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
3. Highly self-motivated, independent, and proactive in a field-based role
4. Tech-savvy with CRM and analytics tool experience
5. Comfortable attending occasional after-hours networking events
6. A collaborative team player who thrives in a values-driven environment
