Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development across West Michigan
- Build strong community and client relationships through networking, events, and outreach
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding hiring needs and workforce challenges
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions and support a smooth client handoff
- Expand services within existing accounts through additional hiring solutions and offerings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Track KPIs and provide insight using analytics and reporting tools
- Represent Axios Recruitment at community, industry, and chamber events to strengthen brand presence
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales or service-based sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and proactive in a field-based role
- Tech-savvy with CRM and analytics tool experience
- Comfortable attending occasional after-hours networking events
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a values-driven, employee-owned environment
