The Senior Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth through Business Development by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the genetic testing and pathogen testing sectors.
Carrier Screening & NIPT Testing will be the focal point as we are looking for someone to convert business. We are willing to compensate you generously for this role for the right experience.

Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Must have existing book of business within OB/GYN space. Develop and execute strategies to convert new business.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies for increasing market share and revenue within the Carrier Screening & NIPT Testing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, specifically, OB/GYN’s.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, ensuring that the company's offerings remain competitive and innovative.
- Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to build the brand and establish valuable connections
Territory Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Experience working genetic & pathogen testing in the women’s health space with Carrier Screening & NIPT sales.
- Laboratory experience is a MUST HAVE – understanding products, practices, and ensuring proper communication with prospects.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
