Job Title: Quality Inspector - Nights

Location: Oxford, CT

Salary: $20-27p/hour DOE 10% shift differential

Shift: 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30am

We’re partnered with a well-established, employee-owned high-volume manufacturer, currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join their team.

Responsibilities;

• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of components
• Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Perform testing to verify material strength and product quality
• Identify non-conforming products and support corrective actions
• Maintain detailed inspection records and quality documentation
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility
• Assist with updating quality procedures and training production staff

Requirements;

• Experience working as a Quality Inspector within plastics manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of inspection tools and measurement techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
