How You Will Make an Impact

• Translate complex accounting and operational requirements into scalable, compliant D365 Finance & Operations configurations across O2C-related modules.
• Drive alignment between sales order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, receivables, and financial postings to support end-to-end accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with implementation teams, analysts, and stakeholders to design solutions, conduct fit/gap analysis, build functional specifications, and oversee enhancements.
• Troubleshoot advanced D365 functionality and integrations, resolving performance and system issues impacting O2C processes.
• Configure and extend D365 to meet evolving business needs while championing platform best practices.
• Lead unit testing and UAT cycles, resolve test defects, document solutions, and support the development of automated testing.
• Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, and audit-ready configurations to support data accuracy and compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Dynamics 365 Finance & O2C Optimization?

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 10 years of experience in finance, operations, or ERP-related roles.
• 5 years as a Business Analyst or similar role, working directly with finance and operations teams.
• 3 years of hands-on D365 Finance & Operations experience supporting Order-to-Cash processes, including:
• Sales order setup, delivery scheduling, invoicing, and billing workflows
• Accounts Receivable configuration, cash applications, and collections
• Credit and collections automation, credit limit management, dispute resolution
• Revenue recognition setups aligned with reporting standards
• Customer payments, journals, bank integrations, reconciliation processes
• Integration of O2C activities with General Ledger and financial posting profiles
• Financial reporting and analytics using D365 and Power BI
• Strong understanding of multi-entity financial processes within distribution environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting ERP transformation or financial system modernization initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and related ecosystem tools.
• Experience with data migration methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of internal controls, SOX requirements, and U.S. GAAP as they relate to O2C functions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively within fast-moving, cross-functional environments, managing competing priorities with accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for translating technical issues, process changes, and data insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and proactively identify improvements to O2C workflows and systems.

Required Certifications (Must-Have):

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations (MB-300)
• Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certifications (MB-310, MB-330)
