Responsibilities
- Translate complex finance and accounting requirements into scalable and compliant system configurations within core finance modules, including Sales Orders, Customer Invoicing, Credit and Collections, and Revenue Recognition
- Collaborate with ERP implementation teams to ensure seamless integration of sales, fulfillment, invoicing, receivables, and financial modules, aligning with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, assess fit/gap, and design tailored solutions within D365 F&O
- Lead user acceptance testing, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements to optimize performance and user experience
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and code changes, ensuring data accuracy and internal controls
- Support system troubleshooting, resolve functional and performance issues, and maintain high availability of critical environments
- Conduct end-user training and foster ongoing process improvements in the OTC landscape
Required Skills
- 10 years of relevant experience in finance or operations, with at least 3 years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in O2C processes
- Hands-on expertise in configuring Sales Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, and Revenue Recognition within D365 F&O
- Proficiency with supporting tools like Power Platform, Power BI, and data migration techniques
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations (MB-300) and D365 Finance Functional Consultant (MB-310, MB-330)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and system integration skills
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and US GAAP related to order processing and financial reporting
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams and external partners
