How You Will Make an Impact
- Translate complex warehouse and supply chain requirements into optimized D365 F&O Warehouse Management configurations.
- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of WMS processes covering inbound, outbound, inventory, and mobile workflows.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and IT teams to align warehouse processes with business goals and performance standards.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses, recommend best practices, and support testing cycles including UAT and automated test scripts.
- Troubleshoot D365 functionality, integrations, and performance issues requiring specialized support.
- Configure and customize modules in alignment with operational needs and D365 best practices.
- Support documentation, audit controls, inventory accuracy, and compliance-driven process designs.
Do You Bring Proven Success in D365 WMS Execution?
Here’s What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain/Warehouse Management.
- Expertise with WMS setups including location directives, wave processing, work templates, packing/shipping flows, and mobile device workflows.
- Experience supporting multi-site warehouse operations and distribution networks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across D365 functionality, integrations, and performance-related issues.
- Ability to translate operational requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience configuring RF scanner workflows and mobile device menus.
- Familiarity with inbound/outbound processes, inventory status controls, cycle counting, replenishment, and real-time warehouse visibility.
- Understanding of internal controls, audit trail configuration, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other Power Platform tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of label printing workflows (Zebra, Bartender) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
