Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our culinary operations and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is vital in ensuring that food service runs smoothly, contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold sanitation standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, dining spaces, and storage areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Support catering and banquet events by setting up serving stations and clearing after service.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene during all stages of food service.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely delivery of meals and smooth operation of meal services.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to promote a healthy work environment.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred, especially within restaurant, hotel, catering, or senior living settings. Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleaning protocols, and basic food prep skills will be highly valued. Candidates with banquet experience or culinary backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
