Job Summary
Lone Tree Retirement Community is urgently seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The CNA provides direct resident care and assists with daily living activities while promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs as assigned
- Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding when necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Follow care plans and facility policies and procedures
- Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents and families
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members
Qualifications
- Current Kansas CNA certification in good standing
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, caring, and resident-focused
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to resident care
