Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance workforce management (WFM) and HRIS capabilities. This role will play a key part in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining UKG Pro Timekeeping solutions while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional expertise across UKG Pro Timekeeping, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new features and enhancements
- Configure and manage employee profiles, pay rules, accruals, workflows, and business processes
- Develop and maintain UKG workflows, configurations, and reporting solutions aligned with business needs
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integrations and recurring feeds between timekeeping and connected systems
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to the product roadmap
- Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce insights and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies
- Analyze and document existing WFM, HRIS, and scheduling processes
- Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and consolidate functionality within UKG Pro
- Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors on system enhancements and initiatives
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to end-users and HRIS team members
- Drive continuous improvement and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in HRIS and Workforce Management (WFM) environments
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro Timekeeping, including at least one full implementation
- Experience integrating UKG with Scheduling systems, Workday, or UKG Pro Payroll
- Expertise in UKG configuration, business processes, and security model
- Strong reporting experience using UKG reporting tools and/or Data Hub
- Solid understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with SDLC methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UKG Scheduling, Workday Payroll, or Zebra Scheduling
- Exposure to TOGAF or BOST methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium)
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
