The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, issuer-side fraud strategy experience, and the ability to translate complex fraud trends into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze fraud trends across the credit card portfolio and deliver strategic insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance short-term and long-term fraud strategies aligned with business goals, risk appetite, and customer experience objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of fraud rules, models, controls, and policies, and recommend portfolio-level optimizations across products, channels, and customer segments.
- Lead initiatives focused on reducing fraud losses, minimizing false positives, and improving customer experience through pilots, A/B testing, and phased strategy implementations.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, digital, operations, and technology teams to integrate fraud prevention strategies into new products and channel initiatives.
- Monitor industry fraud trends, emerging fraud schemes, regulatory updates, and card network changes to proactively strengthen fraud prevention frameworks.
- Present strategic recommendations and portfolio insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
