Responsibilities:
- Analyze fraud trends across the issuer credit card portfolio and provide strategic recommendations.
- Define and refine fraud strategy roadmaps aligned with business goals and risk appetite.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of fraud controls, policies, models, and operational strategies.
- Recommend portfolio-level optimizations targeting products, customer segments, and channels.
- Lead initiatives to reduce fraud losses, false positives, and customer friction.
- Coordinate pilot programs, A/B tests, and multi-phase fraud strategy implementations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Digital, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams.
- Integrate fraud risk considerations into new products, features, and channel strategies.
- Monitor external fraud trends, regulatory updates, and network rule changes.
- Develop strategic playbooks and recommendations based on emerging fraud threats and industry developments.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
