Summary:
We are seeking an IT professional, a dedicated Windows Systems Engineer in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our Infrastructure team with managing, maintaining, monitoring, installing, and configuring various types of Windows systems and applications as well as participating in the patch management process.
Responsibilities
:• Image management and OS provisioning, developing, updating, and deploying Windows images using tools such as DISM, NTLite and Ivanti EP
M• Maintain and upgrade Windows Client/Server Operating System
s• Assess, plan, and execute scheduled Windows Patches and Application update
s• Automate and schedule software installation and configuratio
n• Monitor and remediate vulnerable assets by working with IT Security personne
l• Track IT Tickets and assist end-users with issue
s• Provide levels 1, 2, & 3 technical support to end-users and other IT team member
s• Create technical documentation for new procedures and setup
s• Audit hardware and software information from different system
s• Configure Windows OS and application settings, registry, and securit
y• Troubleshoot and setup various hardware, printer, application, and networking device
s• Deploy various software and configuration using RMM solutio
n• Create and run different types of system reports when require

Qualification
s:• At least 3 years of experience in Windows Client/Server management and administrati
on• Knowledge and experience with VMWare (ESXi/vSphere/vCente
r)• Experienced with Microsoft Office and M365 Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoin
t)• Experience and understanding of Entra ID and Microsoft Intune (for Hybrid joined device
