What are the responsibilities and job description for the Microsoft 365 Administrator position at AXA Professionals?
Position Summary
This is a full-time hybrid position. For the first 3 months, you are required to work 5 days on-site. Afterwards, you will work 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily check and maintain the M365 environment.
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive for business.
• Manage users and group provisioning, permissions, and licenses across the M365 environment.
• Maintain data loss prevention and retention policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 applications and services related to email delivery, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive access functionality, and synchronization.
• Understanding the M365 security including Multi-Factor Authentication, conditional access.
• Create and maintain documentation for M365 configuration, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration with other cloud applications.
• Implementation of Microsoft cloud-based identity and access management services.
• Perform different levels of data restoration for Microsoft M365 services.
• Perform various eDiscovery tasks in support of our legal department
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3 years of experience as an M365 Administrator
• Proficiency and good understanding of Microsoft 365 Services
• Familiarity with cloud backup-based solutions for M365
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra AD connect
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in healthcare IT environments.
• Understanding of the Privacy and security regulations related to the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) and 3rd party tools such ManageEngine M365 Manager Plus
• Familiarity with Metallic for M365 Backup Solution
• Related Certifications would be a plus
