Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Representative specializing in remodeling projects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our remodeling services, engaging with prospective clients and managing existing accounts to drive business growth. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your expertise in business development and territory management, will help us expand our footprint in the remodeling industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in outside sales, B2B relationships, and technical product demonstrations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new remodeling clients within assigned territories, utilizing lead generation techniques and cold calling strategies.
  • Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to showcase remodeling solutions, emphasizing value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts through ongoing customer service, upselling opportunities, and relationship building to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify potential business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and territory expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate with management on sales forecasts, territory planning, and pipeline development using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability standards; ensure all sales activities comply with company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up actions within CRM systems to support effective territory management.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles within the remodeling or construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and technology sales tools including CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach that fosters long-term relationships.
  • Experience conducting product demos, upselling services or products, and performing technical sales presentations.
  • Familiarity with inside sales strategies such as cold calling and direct sales outreach to generate new leads effectively.
