About the Role
We're hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to run the day-to-day operations of our hiring process. At our current pace, every open role matters and a great coordinator directly accelerates how fast we grow.
You'll own interview scheduling, candidate communication, and process quality across the entire funnel. You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep a high volume of interviews running smoothly, and you'll be the person candidates remember as the reason their experience felt organized and human.
This is a strong fit if you're detail-oriented, energized by coordination work, and want a path deeper into Recruiting or People Operations at a company that's scaling fast.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and teams, including complex onsite loops, panels, and cross-timezone virtual screens.
- Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the interview process, from setting expectations, answering questions, and keeping things moving.
- Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in Ashby.
- Support recruiters with pipeline reporting, candidate follow-ups, and sourcing logistics.
- Coordinate offer preparation and support the closing process.
- Keep hiring managers on track with interview timelines and feedback deadlines.
- Identify and fix friction in our scheduling workflows, templates, and coordination systems.
What You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years in Recruiting Coordination, People Operations, or a similar role where you managed high-volume scheduling and candidate communication.
- Sharp organizational skills: you track dozens of moving pieces without dropping any.
- Clear, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort managing shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Discretion with confidential candidate and compensation information.
- Nice to have: experience with Ashby, or prior time at a high-growth startup.
Who You Are
- You take ownership of your work and don't wait to be told what needs doing: when you see a gap, you fill it.
- You're the kind of person who manages high volume interviews across a week and none of them slip.
- You communicate early and clearly, whether it's flagging a scheduling conflict to a hiring manager or keeping a candidate in the loop on next steps.
- You care about the small details, from a well-formatted calendar invite, a timely follow-up, a warm candidate experience, because you know they add up.
- In-office, engaged, and eager to lead from the front at our NYC location full-time.
Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
