The company offers a great work environment!Sr. Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:Interact one-to-one with individual technical contributors, senior leaders, as well as coaching teams.Help operations teams go from fighting fires to avoiding them.Manage resource planning.Planning: Collaborate with Data Infra TLs to develop a strategy including setting short and long term goals for Open house migration.Execution: Organize effort to bring cross-functional teams to deliver against milestones for Openhouse.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate on progress, plans and risks to various stakeholders.Sr. Technical Program Manager Qualifications:6 years of program management experience in an Operations or Technical space.B.S./B.A. in a technical field.Cloud or infrastructure experience.Effective Program management and communication skills.Direct experience with agile methods and practices with multiple teams (Scrum and Kanban) is preferred.An advanced theoretical understanding of managing the life cycle of large-scale programs and projects is preferred.Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects is preferred.#PP
