The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support for our broadcast and IT Systems, studio personnel, and remote users.Broadcast Infrastructure Technician Responsibilities:Review system operations logs, install software, and firmware updates to a range of broadcast-specific hardware and IT-based workstations and servers- both physical and virtual.Assist and troubleshoot technical issues for both in-house and remote studio users.Contribute to our 100% On-Air uptime goal by utilizing your troubleshooting skills, knowledge, and experience to support the broadcast facility and studios.Help to improve workflows and increase our level of technology.Broadcast Infrastructure Technician Qualifications:5 years of hands-on technical experience in a broadcast or media content creation facility.College degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military or industry experience.Knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs, Lucidchart/Visio, and AutoCAD.Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.Basic IT and networking knowledge required.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and be comfortable on a ladder.Shift:Must be available for 24x7x365 on-call coverage and flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.#PP
