As a Live Chat Support, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who need assistance with our products and services. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction through live chat interactions. Your main responsibility will be to understand the customers' needs and provide efficient and effective solutions in a timely manner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via live chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services

- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system

- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues

- Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved

- Keep up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

- Meet and exceed set performance metrics, including response time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings

 

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role

- Proficiency in written and verbal communication

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred

- Knowledge of technology and engineering services is a plus
