We are seeking a qualified Engineering Support Specialist (ILS) to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to develop Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) solutions that optimize system performance throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ILS project plans to align with engineering, operations, and maintenance needs.
- Oversee maintenance planning to enhance operational readiness and reduce downtime.
- Conduct Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Perform Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis to optimize system supportability.
- Manage spare parts inventory, tools, and logistics for in-service support.
- Support the development of lifecycle cost models to ensure cost-effective maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ILS requirements into system designs.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance manuals and procedures.
- Provide ILS data for proposals to support business development initiatives.
- Work with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with ILS and logistics requirements.
Basic Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an ILS engineering role.
- Strong technical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ILS-related tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
