Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their needs. - Analyze customer issues and provide timely and appropriate solutions. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including cash handling when necessary. - Provide comprehensive information regarding the products and services offered. - Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues and concerns. - Develop a robust knowledge base of the evolving services provided.
