TITLE: Talent Acquisition Specialist II
LOCATION: Westminster, CO (hybrid)
TYPE: Contract, 6 months with potential to extend or convert
PAY: $35-42/hr DOE

Talent Acquisition Specialist II
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, supporting the employment brand, and partnering with Talent Advisors to deliver a strong hiring experience for managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, offer creation, and negotiation
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Promote the employer brand through networking and outreach
- Track and improve recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire)
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and applicable laws
- Build effective working relationships across teams
- Maintain a consistent work schedule and perform additional duties as needed
Work Environment:
- Hybrid role requiring on-site presence 3 days per week
- Work may occur in office, lab, cleanroom, or production settings
- Occasional local travel may be required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree 2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency
- Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
- Experience in technical recruiting (aerospace/defense preferred)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., BrassRing) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
