TITLE: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
LOCATION: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid!)
TYPE: Contract – 6 months
PAY: $24-$27/hr

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Operations team to ensure job requisitions and candidate interviews are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through prompt, professional, and engaging communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Review, edit, and validate job requisitions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with internal standards and guidelines.
- Provide administrative and logistical support throughout the pre-onboarding process, including preparing candidates for next steps.
- Initiate and track candidate clearance verifications and compile offer documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including travel arrangements, across multiple time zones and platforms to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition invoice processing as needed.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus one or more years of related work experience.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Infinite BrassRing
- Familiarity with automated interview scheduling tools
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, effective time management, and sound independent judgment.
- Collaborative approach with a willingness to support team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
