TITLE: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

LOCATION: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid!)

TYPE: Contract – 6 months

PAY: $24-$27/hr

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Operations team to ensure job requisitions and candidate interviews are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through prompt, professional, and engaging communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Review, edit, and validate job requisitions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with internal standards and guidelines.
• Provide administrative and logistical support throughout the pre-onboarding process, including preparing candidates for next steps.
• Initiate and track candidate clearance verifications and compile offer documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, including travel arrangements, across multiple time zones and platforms to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition invoice processing as needed.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus one or more years of related work experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Infinite BrassRing
• Familiarity with automated interview scheduling tools
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, effective time management, and sound independent judgment.
• Collaborative approach with a willingness to support team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
