Position Overview
Join our growing team in Westminster, Colorado as a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CNS you will be a key player in driving the success of our talent strategy. Leading efforts in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for both government and commercial contracts
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including administrative, technical, scientific, and cleared roles
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms (internal ATS, job boards, social media, etc.)
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, resume databases, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Extend job offers and facilitate pre-employment onboarding in collaboration with HR
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements
- Represent CNS with professionalism and enthusiasm to both candidates and clients
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including recruitment process enhancements and market research
Qualifications
- 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or government contracting
- Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates urgency with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of compliance, EEO, and recruiting best practices preferred
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience considered
