TITLE: Paint Masker
LOCATION: Kent WA
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract-to-Hire
PAY RANGE: $20/hr - $23/hr $1.50/hr shift differential
HOURS: Night shift (10pm-6am Sun-Th)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Paint Masker for a busy and thriving company that provides the coating and paint for the aerospace industry in Kent, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the aerospace industry!
· Perform masking of required part features with appropriate masking materials to protect areas from processing
· Use tools such as razor blades, wire cutters, insertion tools, pliers, etc.
· Ensure that all traces of dirt or other foreign debris are removed by using solvent cleaners
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Experience masking or prepping parts for paint in the aerospace industry
· High attention to detail and self-motivated
· Ability to perform basic math
· Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
