The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, and The Firebrand Hotel, centrally located in downtown Whitefish, are seeking Seasonal Banquet Houseperson to work with our Banquets Team. The ideal candidate will be available from April 27th through October 10th
Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all guests. The Banquet Houseperson is responsible primarily for assisting in serving, setting up, and cleanup of all banquet functions. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.

Responsible for meeting and exceeding the expectations of all guests. The Banquet Houseperson is responsible primarily for assisting in serving, setting up, and cleanup of all banquet functions. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Duties include but are not limited to):
- Maintains cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage and service areas.
- Ability to lift 100 pounds, requires standing/walking/bending throughout shift.
- Ability to follow directions from banquet event orders.
- Must be able to work a flexible shift of mornings or evenings along with weekends and holidays.
- Assist Banquet Servers.
- Responsible for setting up, serving, maintaining and breaking down banquet rooms.
- Ability to carry large and heavy trays on a continuous basis throughout a shift.
- Must be able to set up basic audio visual equipment.
- Take food and beverage orders.
- Reports needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Responds quickly to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely manner.
- Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintains supplies are neat and organized to department standards.
- Maintains security equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.
- Ability to follow directions from banquet set pull sheets.
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
