The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and resident care during assigned shifts, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role combines clinical leadership, hands-on care, and team support, serving as a key resource for staff, residents, and families.
What You Need
- Active RN license in PA (in good standing)
- 2 years RN experience (long-term care preferred)
- Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong leadership and clinical skills
- Lead and supervise nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)
- Oversee resident care and ensure quality standards
- Administer treatments & monitor resident conditions
- Communicate with physicians, families & care teams
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
- Act as nurse-in-charge for the shift
