$45.00/Hr. - $52.00/Hr. (All Inclusive)
Qualifications for RN Supervisor:
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey
Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
Ability to work with multiple patients at once
Minimum 4 years nursing experience in healthcare setting
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center
