We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare unit. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing practices and regulatory compliance while leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with medical professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate with physicians and families regarding treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Train and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Manage unit schedules, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
• Address and resolve any patient care concerns or issues.

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of PA.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or acute care setting.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and nursing best practices.
