- Provide occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients experiencing temporary or long-term disabilities
- Assist in relieving pain, restoring function, and promoting overall healing and independence
- Deliver treatment in accordance with the established plan of care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and progress
- Monitor and report patient responses to treatment interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
