Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Properly handle and dispose of waste and soiled materials.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or long-term care setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable with a positive, resident-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.
