We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager (LPN or RN) to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare unit. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing practices and regulatory compliance while leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
