What You’ll Do
Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
Assess resident health conditions and develop individualized care plans
Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Mentor and train nursing staff, conduct evaluations, and promote development
Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain coverage and continuity of care
Oversee documentation and ensure accuracy in charting
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license in the state of Delaware
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Prior supervisory or management experience
Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
